Immigration Services

The Immigration Services program provides affordable and reliable legal counseling and assistance to immigrants throughout Fairfield County, regardless of race, religion, gender, creed, or economic status. The program provides consultation on immigration-related questions and accredited legal representation at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services appointments. Team members are accredited by the Department of Justice and the Office of Legal Access Programs.

Services provided by the program include family-based applications and immigrant visas, permanent residency and adjustment of status (Green Cards), naturalization and U.S. citizenship, applications for and renewal of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), temporary protected status (TPS), renewal and replacement of Green Cards, travel documents, file Freedom of Information requests, obtaining and replacing citizenship certificates, and other types of assistance on a case-by-case basis.

The program has locations in Bridgeport, Norwalk, and Stamford.
